What do we do?:

NewEstate is a property sales, lettings and consultancy company specialising specifically in the Bulgarian market. We service the requirements of foreign property owners who have already invested in or are looking to buy in Bulgaria and require various property solutions; these range from accountancy and tax related issues through to the reselling of their St Vlas holiday home, acquiring a below market price investment, the letting of their Sofia apartment or even the simple purchase of property insurance. We provide consultancy for all aspect of this market, as such no matter if you are looking to get a quick over-the-phone valuation for your studio or you are seeking a second opinion on a speculative shopping centre investment, we have the prerequisite experience and proven track record over the boom and bust years to assist you wisely and professionally.


Business structure:

Privately owned and self-funded, the firm was founded 2005 and has grown from the ground up without any external investment or backing, today NewEstate’s growth is approximately 20% / year. We currently employ 22 staff who are British, Bulgarian and Russian working from our four main offices in London, Sofia, Varna and Sunny Beach. Our staff are only on our payroll and are not subagents, self-employed or associated to any other company. Unlike so many in our marketplace, we are one company that owns its entire operation and does not rely upon third parties to achieve sales, which results in a steadfast service for our clients at a fixed cost with certain results and thus the testimonials they write.


Sales volume:

Recognised and well established, our brand is at the forefront of the property market for sales and lettings of residential property as well as foreign owner consultancy. NewEstate has brokered 6.3 million Euros of foreigner owner sales in 2014, in addition to approximately 1.3 million Euros of domestic sales. We currently manage just over 8 million Euros of property assets in Sofia and Varna, rented to just over 350 tenants, from whom we collect and process more than 600,000 Euros of rent for our landlords each year.



Every month we reinvest our profits heavily into marketing and growth. As an online company we have become experts in internet marketing, which is how we connect a vendor in Nottingham to Russian buyer in Vladivostok. Creative and expensive techniques are needed to bridge the cultural, legal and linguistic barriers that the supply and demand trend currently presents, but through innovative and relentless pursuit of new marketing avenues we continue to attract more and more attention with around 400,000 unique visitors to our website each year. Our news page and industry articles are all researched and published by us, all 100% unique content that more than 4,000 subscribed readers read every week. Our Russian TV episodes have now been viewed by more than 1 million people. We are also an official certified and active member of the British Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce.
