No Tenant, No Fee

Local Rate Commissions: we don’t believe that British landlords should pay British prices in Bulgaria and thus be taxed for being foreign. We operate in Bulgaria and the market sets its price; half of the first month of rent for any new or renewed tenancy, 10% of the gross amount for on-going management and that’s it. There are no advertising fees, no subscriptions and definitely no fee when the apartment is empty and unoccupied.
